[blank]We rarely eat a dessert that isn’t home baked, but when visiting the south of france
an exception has to be made for  …… la tarte tropezienne  YUM![blank]
[blank]The lightest of brioche, cut in half and filled with a creme patissiere, delicately perfumed with orange flower.

This is  a dessert to collect from a good bakers, early in the morning
when the streets smell of freshly baked bread

This is a dessert to share with friends after a long lunch enjoyed in the shade.
A dessert to round off  a meal before moving onto coffee and a siesta.[blank]
[blank]This is a dessert that to me means summer, it means the south of France and of course it means St Tropez.
And most of all it means being on holiday and not having to worry about cooking desserts!
