If you love flowers and if you love Paris (and frankly I don’t see how that could not be the case) then I have some exciting news for you. There is a new book published full of the stunning photos by Georgianna Lane, who has spent a year touring the best spots in Paris for admiring flowers.
Be it in the Tuileries gardens, outside the Notre Dame Cathedral or simply on a flower stand in the street, Georgianna’s pictures are stunning and so romantic.
She also has tips on where to find the prettiest blossom in the city, and her own address book of places to buy flowers, as well as the most photogenic parks and gardens to visit.
This is a lovely volume and would make a great hostess gift or just as a treat to yourself, a sort of instant pick-me-up on a rainy day.
To find out more about the book visit Georgianna’s website here

I love your posts ❤️
That video pulled me in! I’m going to order a copy of Paris in Bloom! Thanks so much, Sharon!
Which video is that?
Found it on YouTube! Thanks!
Such a wonderful book! Flowers and Paris, the perfect combination!
My copy was delivered over the weekend, and it is as gorgeous throughout as is the cover. A true delight to savor.
It seems like a lovely book. I have lived in Paris for 4 years. Now I am living in the south of France. The book has been ordered.
Hi Sharon, I came to know about this book this morning and could not resist I’m happy to say, it’s been ordered, I can’t wait. What I can’t find over this side of the world I’m sad to say is the Cafe Latte rose…I’m going to keep searching. I have a book called Secret Gardens Of Paris, it features Dior’s garden amongst others, just beautiful. Thank you for sharing beauty. Till next time, regards Esther from Sydney. PS we have 25 roses in our garden (Bush,Standards,Climbing and Miniatures) with all the rain we’ve had, the garden is quite magical at the moment.
Oh, Esther…….”Secret Gardens of Paris” has, for at least five or six years, been one of my favorite “go-to” presents for female friends.
It’s a fine blend of charming and actually-useful (and small enough that it doesn’t have to compete for valuable real-estate on the coffee-table).
Sincerely,
David Terry
So beautiful. Thank Sharon for sharing this!
I just ordered the book. Thank you for sharing otherwise I would not have know about these wonderful visual tour of Paris. I can almost smell the blooms.
I received mine and it truly is beautiful! Every colorful page! Frameable!
Have a beautiful day! XO Loreen (from So Cal)
GORGEOUS, I love your peonies, I am in zone 8 and they won’t work here, BO, but I found a climbing rose with few thrones that look just like peonies and have a lot of fragrance, YEAH, wonderful Sharon, XOXO
Thank you for the recommendation Sharon.
It is really a collection of all the dreamy idealized images of Paris one could think of….and all the better because these places really exist.
Wow Just wow.
Beautiful, looking forward to returning to France and Paris this May, hopefully will see some spring blooms.
Hope I can order in Australia, loved the video.
Thank you Sharon, tantalising me before our visit.
Cheers
