my stylish french box november issue reveal

I am so excited to reveal to you the contents of our November issue of My Stylish French Box that was delivered to our clients all around the world last week.   This box was called Noel à Paris, or Christmas in Paris, and we spent a lo-o-o-o-o-n-g time searching for some very special, and very French treats to include, that would feel special and festive and quintessentially French.

The response from our clients is overwhelming, thank you so much!   Your comments and emails are very precious to us, not just because they make us feel good but also because they help us identify the products you prefer, and improve our boxes each season.  Very soon we will have a review page on the box website where you’ll be able to leave your comments directly – merci beaucoup!

So without more ado, here is the big reveal, showing what our clients received:  First off,  this set of coasters, decorated with fine illustrations of Paris monuments ….

mariage freres tea

…. the most delicious Christmas tea from Mariage Freres …..

….a divinely scented candle by Un Soir à l’Opera, we chose the Nutcracker candle because what could be more fitting for the holidays?! ….

… we just love these christmas tree decorations, that are mini portraits of eighteenth century children, ….

…. a beautiful table runner in French linen that works well for the holidays and the rest of the year too!

…. we are excited to  include this hand painted note book by Antoinette Poisson, who specialise in reproducing 18th century dominote papers.   This little book can be slipped into your handbag or kept somewhere in your home to be useful and be admired! …

….. a glass bead bracelet, because we all love a little extra bling for the holidays …

…. watercolours from Jeanne McKay who has accompanied the boxes throughout the year – merci Jeanne! …

… and because we love to include something old in our boxes, we sent you a couple of antique crystal tears, that can be hung on your tree or on a cupboard door and twinkle at you …  in French of course.

If you would like to gift one of our boxes to someone special this Christmas, then we are happy to take your order for the February box and send you a voucher that you can print out and pop beneath the tree.    Simply make your purchase and send us a quick email, with your order number and the words ‘Gift Voucher’ and we’ll send it back to you by mail the same day.
