Gibson is beyond excited today to show you his amazing new trick and ALSO to show you the first in his range of couture pooch pads!
Young Gibson has finally found his true calling – he is a horse handler!! Every time we go to get the horses from the field he now insists on grabbing the lead rein and bringing one of them back to the house.
So back to the cushions, if you are interested you can find them listed individually in the store, but basically they have been made to fit around standard rectangular bed pillows. The small size takes one pillow the big-boy size takes two.
I’ll be taking orders for pillows with your choice of name incorporated into the logo if desired.
Each of the cushions is made from old burlap grain sack and backed with vintage ticking. I hope you like them!

Loving the sack designs for cushions at the moment. I have just helped my daughter buy a whole range for her beach house. I enjoy spending her money as much as mine!
Oh my goodness – those images of Gibson and Iris are just SO funny! He is such a great character. Also, LOVE those dog beds – heading over to the shop to take a closer peek right away – I think that it may be time for my Jack Russell (Byron) to get an injection of rustic Gallic style into his life! x
Gibson is a good boy wanting to help out, so cute. Your video doesn't work it says it's private…darn! Goldens are the best and always trying to help. Love the dog beds but Dylan prefers simply stretching out wherever he drops!

Gibson is just adorable!!! I stumbled across your blog a week ago and fell in love with the chap! We have an eight month old golden ourselves and so will be watching Gibsons adventures with interest! Gibson is just adorable! I agree with Catherine, I could see him with a blog of his own, and perhaps Iris would contribute, too! Would it be strange to buy the dog bead before we find our dog? These are so special, I could see them going fast!

And yes, that Gibson is so super proud of himself is the part that cracked me up the most–so typical Golden. Ben likes to carry his own leash on our walks and will go up to strangers as if to say "See? How cute I am? I am, aren't I?". But honestly, Gibson's trick wins! 🙂 I hope that Iris got a carrot or sugar for being so patient…

If that's not the sweetest and cutest thing I've ever seen, I don't know what is. How adorable! I love the cushions and if I had a pet I would certainly purchase one. Unfortunately our dog passed away 3 years ago and I've yet to get another dog. Sigh… Beautiful dog and the pony reminds me of one we had as children.

Oh! Our three kids were Pony Clubbers, and we always had an equine/canine mix around our yard. I do so miss our ponies, and live vicariously through your "pony" posts. I miss their smell. And their humor. Most of all, I miss watching our kids hacking down the local roads, playing Hide & Seek with their mounts in the pecan grove, seeing them play Follow the Leader with their ponies.
I have told our kids: Can't wait for grandkids, when I can again acquire some ponies in our pasture!
