We are busy here fighting the heat and preparing the August box. In fact further down this post we announce the giveaway winner! YAY! The weather is so hot here that the garden is really suffering. I’m keeping the essentials watered in the evening, but July is certainly a challenge when it comes to the garden.
What July does have in abundance however are the beautiful big blooms of the Annabel hydrangeas. These flowers are so generous and long lasting, and of course they dry so easily that if I pick them now I could keep them inside all through the winter!
So here is my July bouquet for you, along with the happy news that we have chosen the giveaway winner. Congratulations to Cate Tuten ! Please be in touch with us with your shipping address, and we’ll be delighted to send you our beautiful August edition of My Stylish French Box, full of goodies to make your kitchen feel more than a tad French!
And if you entered the giveaway and did not win, so sorry!, then you make like to know that the boxes are selling fast, but that we still have some available. They will be shipped early to mid August, and would make a great gift to a girlfriend, a mum or just your self!
Have a lovely weekend!

The flowers are beautiful You are not alone with the heat. Here in Michigan, it is sweltering. Lots of watering needed.
My garden in Georgia is struggling too. I’ve been away 10 days and dread what I will find. Nothing as beautiful as your arrangement. ❤️
Your flower arrangements and gardens are breathtaking. So beautiful! Thank you so much for posting pictures. I rarely comment but I sure do enjoy the beauty. It is restful just to stop a bit at your blog. Blessings to you.
Hello Sharon. Just want to say thank you for sharing your beautiful July flowers, and that I missed your recent visit to the states. And I live close enough to both Berkeley and Sonoma, California to have seen you in either of those places! (I could just kick myself.) Oh well. Hopefully next time. Cheers!
P.S. I still am DYING to know what those beautiful climbing pink roses are in your June 19 post about garden parterres. (Please don’t keep me in suspense any longer!)

Our garden here in southern Ontario Canada is suffering too. Its a heat wave everywhere. Not complaining really as our winters are long and cold. Watering is time consuming but I do find it relaxing. I have had to move my container plants into shade frequently…Diana..
