talking about the september/october issue of My French Country Home

by Sharon Santoni

We’re going into one of our busiest moments here. Between finalising the holiday box and the Brocante Tour about to begin, I can barely catch my breath! But I wanted to take a moment to share a bit about the newest issue of My French Country Home magazine with you.

Our Burgundy Special signifies an important (and beautiful) moment in French life. September brings the wine harvest, turn in the weather, and la rentrée (back-to-school season). A delicious time in the home and outside it.

In this latest issue, you’ll find:

A beautiful Portfolio piece by Michel Joly, a talented wine and travel photographer specialised in the Burgundy climats;

a view on Pernand-Vergelesses

a trip to Château de la Bourdaisière, home to a magnificent Tomato Festival and a giant Dahlia garden;

a wicker chair in amongst the dahlias at château de la bourdaisière

inside the lesser-known parts of Burgundy in a new travel guide, including where to eat, sleep and what to do;

a shot of Flavigny in Burgundy

and my Ghetto finally gets a starring role in the cover of our How To Hang Art feature!

Plus, we have found many ways to embrace nature’s gifts around this season. Through a series of delicious apple recipes, and a bouquet of dahlias. I really hope you enjoy the fall comforts of our trip to Burgundy, I’d love to know what you think of this special issue of My French Country Home magazine.

Dear Sharon,

I enjoyed the printed July/August printed version of your magazine. I am wondering when to expect to see the arrival of the Sept/Oct issue?

Sharon,
I am looking forward to seeing the Sept/Oct print issue of MFCH magazine. Your previews in this post are beautiful, and I know the magazine will be even more beautiful than this electronic version.

When I purchased my print subscription early in the summer I entered the email addresses of two friends to receive complimentary copies of the electronic version of the magazine, but they have not received any correspondence about the magazine. What do I need to do for them to begin receiving their complimentary e-magazine copies?

Judith
