I’m really excited to announce that the March edition of the My French Country Home Magazine is now officially published. This is a beautiful edition, focussing on the Loire region of France. The beautiful chateaux and gardens, and of course some special private homes.
We have been working so hard to not only improve the content but also the whole reader experience. At the end of last year we changed our print and shipping partners, and I am happy to say that our subscribers now receive the magazine well ahead of the official launch date.
Our very big news is that the magazine is now available in nearly 450 stores in the USA. These are mostly Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million, and we are thrilled that they have put our copy on their shelves. Merci! For this new edition we are thrilled to be working with spectacularly talented contributors. Photographers such as Clive Nichols, Elise Dumas, Georgianna Lane and David Phillips; Jeffrey Milstein and Franck Schmitt. Writers like Tish Jett and Jacky Hobbs, and the talented stylists who open the doors of their homes for us, such as Julie of Le French Manoir, whose house is on the cover.
I want to give a special mention to our little team at MFCH. We each have our role to play here, but on such a small team everyone has to be able to lend their hand to anything . Credit for the magazine is especially due to Alice who pulls it all together. I take my hat off to her attention to detail and for the love that she pours into each page. Also to our layout designer Franck, who has only been with us for the last two issues but has totally understood the spirit of our edition.
