Recently I was approached by one of the most in-the-know lifestyle sites – Hip Paris – to be included in their “My Perfect Day” series. I was honored to accept and be a part of this along with many notable, France-based bloggers, influencers, chefs, authors, cocktail connoisseurs, photographers and more.
My perfect day in Normandy – where I’ve lived for many years – starts early, with my dogs in my garden, before heading off to the beach in Deauville for a crisp morning walk and a glimpse of the race horses training.
Afterwards, I head to the town of Honfleur, offering my recommendation for the best breakfast on the way. I also give some tips for eating and sight-seeing in the gorgeous city of Rouen.
