Oh boy, this year is moving along fast! We’ve had a very busy spring here, with five tours already completed, as well as our usual schedule of the boxes and magazine. As we move into summer, I wanted to take a moment to share what’s still to come in 2025 and give you an early peek at our travel calendar for 2026.
It’s hard to believe we are already talking about next year, but with spaces filling quickly, it’s a good time to check in if you’re hoping to join us.
We have three final tours this year, and each one promises beautiful scenery, good company, and plenty of inspiration. Whether you’re drawn to lush gardens, delicious meals, or a good treasure hunt through the brocantes, these are some of my favorite ways to experience France.
Only a few places remain for:

Gardens of Dordogne with Amy Kupec Larue
September 16 – 21, 2025
The Dordogne is one of my favorite regions of France. Rich in history and rich in outstanding gardens, it is a joy to meander from village to village, admiring the views, the architecture, and, of course, the wonderful food along the way.
Led by garden expert Amy Kupec Larue, this tour takes us into the heart of the Dordogne to discover gardens both grand and intimate. We will include private visits to gardens and homes, along with other discoveries.

Gardens of Normandy & French Antiques with Janne Ford
September 25 – 30, 2025
I’ll be joined for the first time by British floral artist and expert photographer Janne Ford. Along with our guests, we’ll wander through some of Normandy’s most iconic gardens and stop for antiques along the way. Back at the hotel, we will enjoy two ateliers with Janne, where each guest creates their own floral art, and is shown by Janne how to take a good picture, even with a phone! This tour is for anyone who enjoys flowers, design, and the thrill of beautiful finds from some of my favorite addresses.

Food & Antiques in Paris & Normandy with Stacey Snacks
October 10 – 15, 2025
I’m very excited about this trip with my friend Stacey. She and I have been friends ever since our early days of blogging. She is a food expert, an antique appraiser, and an absolute lover of French living.
A delicious mix of markets, meals, and vintage discoveries. This new tour begins in Paris before heading into the countryside. We will share meals with chefs, explore hidden corners of the capital, and come home with treasures.
We can guarantee fun discoveries, delicious meals, and a lot of laughter along the way!

Looking ahead to 2026, we will be returning to a few favorite destinations and adding a couple of new ones to the calendar. If you are considering a future trip, now is the time to reach out – availability is very limited.
Here is what’s to come:

- Paris Antiques & Hidden Treasures | March
- Moroccan Dreams: Design, History & Art de Vivre | April
- Normandy in Bloom: Gardens & Antiques | April
- The Essence of English Gardens: Chelsea & Beyond | May
- In Love with Provence | June
- A Taste of Provence | September
- A Parisian Autumn | October
As always, our small group tours in France are designed to feel personal, with plenty of time to soak in each destination at a relaxed pace. Come solo, bring a friend, or travel with a loved one – many of our guests return again and again, and we love welcoming familiar faces.
If something catches your eye or you’d like more details, simply send us a note to travel@myfrenchcountryhome.com. We’d be happy to talk it through with you. À bientôt!

Bonjour Sharon! As you know I have been on several of your wonderful tours, and I just want to say to other readers, don’t hesitate! Your daily itineraries, the quality of the hotels, the food, the other amazing clients and even your wonderful chauffeurs Teddy and Michel. I’m having an operation on my knee this fall, but in 2026 you’ll be seeing me again! Merci, merci, merci

I will never forget visiting the beautiful gardens of Dordogne with you Sharon. The fact that you knew each of the people we met personally was such a huge addition to the trip. Thanks to you and your gracious manner, we were received into breathtaking homes as if we were friends. That was truly a trip to remember.
Next year, I’m looking at visiting the gardens of the Riviera with your tour. Are you also leading that trip?
Betty James
Hi Betty, yes the gardens of the Dordogne hold a very special place in my heart. That rolling, lush countryside makes everything very special.
For the Riviera trip next year, it will be my friend and garden expert Amy Kupec Larue who will be leading the tour. Amy is great fun to travel with, and knows all of the gardens in that area personally, so if you join you will be in excellent hands!
Thank you for your kind comment.

Do you only take lady clients, or are husbands allowed to join in the fun too?
Joanna Wells
Hi Joanna, husbands are welcome on our tours, but they are generally in the minority. If a couple wants to book, we will always let them know whether the tour is entirely female or if there are other husbands along for the ride.
Hope that helps
Sharon 🙂
Hello Sharon, can you tell me if you take small groups along on your tours? I’m wanting to travel with my sister and my daughter, and the idea of joining your tour and having everything thought out for us is very appealing!
Thank you for everything you do. In these crazy times I love to come here and to your instagram page and get a breath of fresh French air!
Jackie Douglas
HI Jackie, yes I love it when we have small family groups, or two or three girlfriends travelling together on our trips. Our tours are multi-layered, and the wonderful mix of guests we are lucky to host is a big part of their success.
I’m very proud to say that we have very many returning clients, and that we always try to shape a trip to the guests who are joining us.
Let me know if you want more information on any of our trips for you and your family
Sharon
Hi Sharon, I’m interested in your June Provence tour next year. Are you already taking bookings, or is it just a waitlist for now? thank you
Mary Jane, Dallas
Hi Mary Jane, we are taking bookings and in fact we only have 3 spaces left!
Let us know if you have any questions, we are here to help
Sharon. 🙂
I went on one of your tours a couple of years back, and we stayed in Provence. It is one of the happiest holidays I ever took! Sadly I had an accident last year, so my travelling days are over, but I’m grateful for those beautiful French memories!
Judith Kern
Hi Judith, I remember traveling with you! I’m so sorry to hear about your accident, and wish you a full recovery. Thank you for your kind words

Thank you!
What a wonderful update on your upcoming tours—so inspiring to see the care and beauty you pour into every itinerary! Your mention of private gardens, antiques, and creative ateliers really resonated with me. For anyone planning a move or investment in India, especially around Hyderabad, you might love exploring plots in Hyderabad near Gachibowli. Green City Estates offers thoughtfully planned, eco-conscious plots that complement a stylish, lifestyle-focused approach. Thank you for sharing such rich travel inspiration—I’ll definitely be bookmarking some of those dates!
