[blank]Although I love to put together big fluffy flower arrangements, sometimes the blooms are just so perfect that they prefer to be alone. [blank]
[blank]Among my rather large collection of vases, pitchers and flower bowls, I have a couple of quirky, odd shaped holders, that seem to work well when I want to showcase a small posy of perfect blooms like these.[blank]
[blank]
[blank]All that is here are four Pierre de Ronsard roses and a small posy of wild sweet pea (the sort that grows very easily, but unfortunately has no perfume – it’s always the way , you just can’t have it all!)[blank]
[blank] I just love the way the light catches on the petals, and the contrasting shapes and shades of pink.[blank]
[blank] I hope you bring a little pink inside today! :)[blank]

You always have beautiful flowers (and photos). We are so dry here at the moment (cornbelt USA) our garden is struggling – it is not a good time for flowers. The only bright spot of pink in our garden is the crepe myrtle.
Enjoy the rest of your day! Nicole
Such a lovely flower arrangement. I hope I can have it for my room? But I will just settle for a pink roses bouquet inspiration for now from you. Thank you for this wonderful pink roses inspiration. Have a lovely weekend.
It lokks like paint! Awesome photos! Connection of raw pot and delicate flowers is really romantic. I would like to have wild sweet pea in my home!I didn' t suppose that light pink and violet fit so good!
Best wishes marta

You have an inborn sense of beauty Sharon!
Yes, I have some pink inside: my hydrangeas, I posted about that this very morning!

How lovely, Sharon. So simple and pretty. I've never seen wild sweet peas like that before. You've inspired me to go clip some pink hydrangeas from my garden.
Happy Weekend! XO
I love the colour pink with greys and that vessel is perfect as a compliment to those lovely blooms.
You've created such a cheery display.
I've got some pink Constance Spry roses in an icy Finnish vase beside my bed.
Have a fabulous weekend Sharon.
Is there any prettier rose??…..a stunning arrangement!!
Such a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. Such lovely photos.
So nice visiting you this morning.
Wow! I can't help but covet these lovely flowers. I, also, have very little blooming here in the MS Delta(USA) but crepe myrtles, and maybe a daylily here and there! These are truly breathtaking! Thanks again for sharing the beauty that surrounds you! Have a wonderful weekend!
Gorgeous! I can almost smell these flowers they look so real. Love your blog. Horses, flowers, farms and beautiful photos. Yvonne
It's perfect! Those sweet peas are heartbreakingly lovely.
My garden is in that "in-between" stage right now – spring flowers are done, lilies have bloomed and the late summer blossoms aren't ready. It's a sea of green out there – which hasn't stopped me from making a hosta-leaf bouquet in the past!
A perfectly gorgeous bouquet. Simplicity can be just as beautiful as full and abundant. To me, the vase is just the perfect vessel for the beautiful roses and sweet peas.
Thank you Sharon! XO
The grey vase complements your perfect pink roses. So beautiful. I brought a little blue inside my house today.
Gorgeous! I adore Sweet Peas, preferably the ones with a scent, too.
This is prettiness personified, absolutely! I love the rustic appeal of the vase.
I so needed this dose of pure pretty today, Sharon. This is the most lovely bouquet I've seen in ages…
Bon Weekend!
MAGNIFIQUE!!!!!!! OMG they almost look fake they are so perfect and I can almost smell them from here..yum!
Sharon: That is so beautiful and simple although elegant. The container suits it very well. We have those little sweet peas growing all over the place and I love to see them added to the beautiful roses..Happy Friday..Judy
Double roses, nothing prettier then double roses. I love the swirl of the rose on the left. Mother Nature is a pure artist.
Perfect blooms indeed – what is their name?
Oh Sharon, that is total perfection.
How amazingly beautiful!

Simplicity can be exquisite. It certainly is here. ~ Sarah
BEAUTIFUL! I also love the container you have the arrangement in. Where did you get it?
Oh, sweet peas…I remember growing up beside a wealth of wild sweet peas on the hillsides near my home, free to anyone with a hankering for them. Yours look like a cluster of country maidens peeping admiringly at the ball dresses of the roses. Sweet is the right word for them.
A beautiful combination.
I can smell the scent from here!
Have a lovely day,
Lizx
Beautiful and I love the vase they are in. A wonderful contrast.
