[blank]How do you go to your favourite blogs each week or each day? Do you simply surf from one to the next according to what catches your eye on the sidebar, or do you have your regular subscriptions drop into your email box each morning – delivered to your door!
If so you will probably be aware that Google Reader is no more – as from today! Those of you who have been using the tool will find yourselves bereft of your favourite blog updates.
You can follow most of your favourite blogs by email, or you may like to use the tried and tested site Bloglovin’
With Bloglovin’ you can keep up with all your favourites in one – or two – easy steps! Just sign up here using your email address or your facebook account.
And when you sign up to Bloglovin’, you are given the option of bringing your Google Reader subscriptions with you!
I have used it for a while, the layout is clean-cut and friendly, and the new posts updated very rapidly.[blank]
PS . There are several good articles available explaining how bloglovin’ works, you may like to look here or here. The second link walks you through the sign up process.[blank]

Hi – I am a new follower and love your blog – so inspiring! I usually subscribe – I have forgotten how to get back to places in the past and it has been torturous!
So much comes into my email that another subscription would be lost in the clutter. I keep favorite blogs, including MFCH, in the sidebar with other sites I check regularly. Easier to read that way, for me. Loved the strawberries and roses bouquets earlier.
Well, actually, I haven't used reader in awhile. I just go to Blogger Dashboard, the place we see our statistics, etc. After a second or two, if you scroll down you will see the same information reader used to provide, all of our followed blogs are right there. I use my sidebar too. All of you are there and I want to make certain I never miss a thing. xx's
Blogger dashboard is where I see all the new updates too, so I'm not sure what all the google stuff is about. I do like to see which blogs others like on their sidebar and have found many wonderful blogs that way. I need to put more on my own sidebar, but only know how to do it one at a time and it takes too much time that way.
I also use the blogger dashboard. I've registered with bloglovin in anticipation of the end of google reader, but evidently I didn't use it. Nothing changed for me. Now I have two places to read your lovely posts.
Thanks Sharon! All this wonderful information shared by you….. I always used my side bar but this is worth checking out! xo Maryanne
Gros bisous à vous et merci pour l'information.
I've been using Bloglovin' for a few months now & I really like it. It's very easy to use. Too easy as a matter of fact, because I keep finding more blogs that I like and adding them. I have a ton of reading to do. Your blog is set to open as one of my "home page" tabs, so it's always the first blog I read in the morning. Some days it's the only blog I get to read! 😀
Is it me or Bloglovin is not friendly user ? I jus cannot comprehend how to import my Google blog list to Bloglovin. Why do they change things all the time ? I know : they always improve ! Your posts are always lovely to follow, sharon. Thank you !
Hi Sharon. Frankly, I guess I'm not smarter than a 5th grader. I thought I was getting everything through Google Reader, I have something that says My Reading List up in the left hand corner of Blogger Dashboard. I got all fussed because it was going away so I signed up for Bloglovin. Got all my blogs I follow onto it and now have a little blue plus sign up in the right hand corner. Well, nothing changed so now I have four different ways to get to my favorite blogs and not enough time in the day to answer everbody. How frustrating..But, don't worry that I can't find you (or anyone else) because I can – in four different places!..Happy Tuesday..Judy
I started using Bloglovin' about a month or so ago and like it but have some problems, 1. the frame sometimes blocks me making comments on blogs, which is annoying, and 2. in the last week they say I have to upgrade my browser as it's not compatible now they've made changes – and I refuse to use Chrome as it slows down my computer something fierce and now it won't work properly. *big sigh*
hi Sharon,I have only just become a blogger,so not sure about any of this!!I will have to learn a lot,so thanks for keeping us all informed.. I still get your email each day, xxxpamela

I subscribed to your blog by email & that's how I receive your blog updates. It seems so long ago that I can't remember how I found you & now I don't know what I'd do without it.xo
